LEARN ABOUT: Alligator Pond
Alligator Teriyaki
3 gallons Soy Sauce
20 lbs. Sugar
100 cloves Garlic
9 bunches of Green Onions
4 large roots of grated Ginger
5 drops Sesame Oil
6 bottles of Beer (buy a 12-pak)
1 quart Whiskey
3 quarts Sake
Drink all 6 of the leftover
beers... then proceed.
Remove head, hide and toenails.
Slice alligator meat into thin strips.
Marinate for 7 days.
On the 8th day, fire up the mesquite.
Serve with fresh lilies and lotus root salad.
(can be gathered from the same pond as the
alligator)
